Data Deletion Instructions

At Pali, we understand the importance of data privacy and give you control over the personal information you have provided to us. If you wish to delete your account data, please follow the instructions below:

Deleting Your Pali Account

  1. Log in to your Pali account by visiting pali.ng and clicking on the “Login” button.
  2. Once logged in, click on your profile picture or initials in the top right corner, and select “Account Settings” from the dropdown menu.
  3. In the Account Settings page, scroll down to the bottom and click on the “Delete Account” button.
  4. You will be prompted to confirm your decision to delete your account. Read the information carefully, as deleting your account is an irreversible process.
  5. If you wish to proceed, enter your account password when prompted, and click “Confirm Account Deletion.”
  6. Your Pali account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Please note that after your account is deleted, you will no longer have access to any of the services, features, or content associated with your Pali account.

Deleting Your Data Without Deleting Your Account

If you wish to delete specific data associated with your account without deleting your entire account, you can do so through the “Privacy” section of your Account Settings:

  1. Log in to your Pali account and navigate to the Account Settings page.
  2. Click on the “Privacy” tab.
  3. Here, you will find options to delete various types of data, such as your profile information, transaction history, and user content.
  4. Select the data you wish to delete and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process.

Please note that some data may be retained for legal or operational purposes, even after you have requested its deletion.
